Located blocks away from the University of Oregon campus, this four story, wood-framed apartment building complex is comprised of 81 one bedroom units and 58 studio units. The contemporary building design incorporates several amenities including high-end finishes, such as quartz stone countertops and stainless steel appliances, a skylight covered pool and jacuzzi area, a fitness center, a theater with stadium seating, a pet grooming station, study rooms, underground parking, and a fourth floor sun deck and BBQ area that offers scenic views of the university campus and surrounding area.

Achieving LEED Platinum certification, several sustainable strategies where implemented throughout the design and construction of the project. Off-site panelized fabrication of interior wood framed walls helped to reduce the onsite construction waste. The landscape design incorporated drought tolerant plants with high-efficiency irrigation. Light-colored, high-albedo materials were selected to help reduce the heat island effect. Low flow toilets and lavatories and water efficient appliances are installed throughout.
